  1. Hi Brennan

I like that you can walk away when you are feeling a little bit stressed or angry. The best thing to do is to go somewhere else and calm down.
Reading a book is always a good thing to do. Or making something cool with your Lego would definitely take your mind off other things.
    Good Jog Brennan

    Keep up the good work.

    Until next time

  2. Kia ora Brennan,

It's great to read that you have different strategies to deal with stress. Often it's important to go to a quite place to calm down or do something you enjoy to get your mind off the thing that is causing you stress.

When I'm stressed, I like to go for a bush walk to the waterfall. The waterfall I like to go to is in Auckland and it's called Cascade Falls. It's quite a small waterfall and not many people go there which is quite nice. It usually means I get the whole place to myself. I like watching the waterfall and writing in my journal to de-stress and let out the thing that is bothering me.

Do you ever talk about things that might be bothering you? Do you write it down or talk to someone you trust?

    Keep up the great blogging!

    Noho ora mai,

    Emiely :)
